Fares for jeepneys, buses, airport taxis, and TNVS will increase starting March 19 due to the continued surge in fuel prices.
Fuel surcharge included in airfares will also go up for flights booked from April 1 to 15, just in time for Holy Week and the vacation season.
Meanwhile, the rollout of ₱5,000 aid for public transport drivers starts today.
Tricycle drivers in Metro Manila are prioritized, but some are protesting after being excluded from the masterlist.
